Adecco is currently recruiting for a leading ecommerce solutions provider to fill Customer Service Representative job opportunities in Eau Claire, WI 54701. Eligible candidates MUST be located in the Eau Claire Wisconsin area. These are seasonal opportunities with the possibility of being made full-time jobs. Customer Service Call Center Representatives will have the opportunity to work from home after 2 weeks of training at the call center in Eau Claire. Responsibilities for a Call Center – Customer Service Representative include:

• Interact with customers via telephone to provide information, process transactions, and reply to inquiries about eBay client’s products and services
• Receive/Place a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns
• Keep record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer
• Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
• Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for further investigation.
